How do I locate a Potential Site for gold, platinum, diamonds etc?

When prospecting for gold, first of all I would do a remote map survey using Google Earth of the sites in question that the client has asked me to check out for the company whether its old mining works or a new site location. Using this method of remote map surveying I will be able to pickup reactions indicating whether or not there would be mineral deposits in the area. This would save time and money as if I was unable to pick up any reactions I would notify the Client that there was nothing there worth going for and so the client would be able to look at further options themselves or at the clients request I could give them further potential locations of area/s that I have already researched using my method and inform them of any potential good locations. If the client then wishes to go ahead with the new potential locations that I have found for a further fee I will then send via email all the relevant information concerning the new potential locations. If the area in question is in the UK then a site visit is recommended to pinpoint the exact location/s this of course would be at a further fee for the site visit.

Map surveying using ordnance survey maps was a standard technique used by me in the past and many like me. Now I use the up to date more accurate method of remote map surveying using Google Earth on my computer. This method enables me to get closer and more accurate to the target area in question and it also gives me the coordinates, quantities and quality of the potential mineral/s which I have been asked to search i.e. gold, silver, diamonds etc.

THE OLD WAY OF LOCATING MINERALS

Some parts of the method below are still used today. Map surveying was standard technique used by me using ordnance survey maps but this method was not as accurate as in today's method of remote map surveying. The ordnance survey map was part of our world and a
map surveyor would have surveyed the area previously and marked down the contours of that area. This is what I connected to when map searching the ordnance survey map. I would visualise the mineral I am looking for and use a sample of that mineral. If the mineral is present on the map my instrument would immediately react. If the mineral I was looking for was not there the instrument would not respond. If I do get a good response I would then go onto Google Search to search the area in more depth, which again would narrow the area down. At this stage it was possible to estimate the quantity of precious metals, including gold, platinum and diamond deposits and also gives a guide to the depth to which it may be found. Certain metals like gold and platinum have different characteristics than other minerals as they can create false images of themselves ( as many as 4 false images) which makes it more difficult to locate. On the ordnance map surveys these images do not occur but when you are on site these images do appear to a novice but not to a professional like myself.

So using today's method of remote map surveying cuts out the need to do a search first on the ordnance survey map so this saves time and costs.

Second stage:
is for the Client to send me a Google Earth map of the search area. It can be of any part of the world. Then I conduct a remote map survey to see if there is any gold, diamonds, platinum deposits or precious metals in the area on the map.

Third Stage:
is to do a site visit of the location for the gold, silver, diamonds or any mineral that I am looking for which is being picket up on the ground or in a potential new or old gold mine site using the remote map survey results as a guide as to where to start my search. I then conduct a site survey above ground. The tools I use will then react and move into action immediately as it will indicate if there is gold there or not or whatever mineral I am looking for giving me the direction of where I am to go and then I walk in that direction until it indicates the gold or mineral is found. From that that point we then mark out the whole length of the deposit of gold or mineral using flags and paint and also photograph the area as well to record the information. I can then do a breakdown of the quality of the gold or mineral in grams per tonne etc., including the depth and quantity to where it could be found. This is done periodically during my surveying of the site.

Prospecting For Gold. The video above shows you the modern way of searching for gold remotely using Google earth. Before this method was used the only way they could explore the area was to look at local old maps and the geology and what had taken place many years previous and it was very much a hit and miss system. Sometimes the gold would be there for a small run and then it would disappear then the miners would have to try and find another area to catch it again. In the 1990's I assisted Clogau Gold Mine to locate gold & silver deposits. The only way to find the gold & silver deposits at that time was do remote map surveying using ordnance survey maps. In those days the maps were much smaller and harder to work with and not as accurate but they where useful as a guide as to see where the deposits could be lying beneath the ground. Once we picked up the deposits on the maps remotely we then checked out the mining plans of Clogau to find further deposits and using the ordnance survey maps and the plans of the mine this increased the accuracy even greater hence I received the reference shown here of my success of finding the gold. I helped Clogau many times after that of which you can see they gave me further references of my success using this method. In today's world we now use Google earth for remote map surveying which is even more accurate for us to use as it's a guide but a good guide as to where to start the search on site. Using Google earth in this way we can map it out as shown on the video and work out the estimated volumes, depths etc., of the mineral deposits. This modern method also saves clients on wasting time searching blindly on site as my research only indicates where the mineral deposit are to start the search when on site. Using google earth today we can start small and then pick up the target and then zoom down to enlarge the target which improves the accuracy at least 10 times more than what we could do in the days of using ordnance survey maps.

Fees for gold, silver and all minerals surveys worldwide My minimum charge for the Remote map surveying/dowsing is £150 for one location deposit and one mineral source i.e. gold deposit. Any extra mineral sources found in the one location deposit there will be an extra charge of £50 per mineral deposit found. The actual cost depends on how much time is involved in each particular location or deposit. Below is a reference from a Client in the USA. As you can see from his email he is quite happy with the work that I have done for him. I have done at least 100 locations for him up to the end of 2020 which where all successful. Working this way by remote map surveying around the world can save you time and money especially in remote parts of the world where it is difficult to get to either on foot or vehicle. Of course there is gold there as mentioned in the above article which I was well aware of at that time. The old saying "There is gold in them hills" in Wales this is true, there are areas where there is gold and as yet has not yet been found on site during my time spent at the mine all those years ago these gold deposits using my remote dowsing methods and a map of Clogau mine which I was given at the time. Now in this day and age I use google earth on my computer for remote map dowsing survey to locate any minerals.
